When commencing Driving Training, you are entering into a contract between yourself and John Stubbings ADI and you accept the terms and conditions set out below:

• Unless 48 hours’ notice is given all cancellation will be charged at normal rate, unless lessons can be fulfilled by another pupil.
• Lesson fees must be paid in full, no later than on the day of your lesson, unless prior arrangements are made.
• John Stubbings ADI cannot be held responsible for any cancellations, due to unforeseen circumstances.
• John Stubbings ADI will make every possible effort to accommodate the pupil with an alternative lesson that is convenient with the pupil and trainer.
• John Stubbings ADI has the right to withdraw his tuition vehicle for the driving test, if he deems the pupil is not at a safe driving standard, required for the test.
• John Stubbings ADI will not be liable for any test fees if the test is not rearranged within the required 72 hours cancellation, due to not meeting the required standards.
• John Stubbings ADI reserves the rights to cancel any lesson if he believes the pupil is under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, prior or during the lesson. The lesson will be cancelled and charged at the normal rate.
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Policy; John Stubbings ADI will require your consent to hold certain information about yourself such as your address, email address, name and driving licence details – by signing the form you are confirming your consent. These details will not be passed on to anyone else and will always be kept securely by
